This highly collaborative design build project at 22 Boulcott St has transformed multiple existing structures into one cohesive office building. The story of the existing and new structures has been embraced and displayed throughout this open plan modern office building. Significant demolition and seismic strengthening work has been successfully integrated with contemporary office and workplace design. The large project team had worked together to revitalise this building and area of the city.

The client's vision for the Te Henui Chapel project was to create "a beautiful space to deliver a positive funeral/life event experience". It is a sensational conversion of the old NPDC Parks Department depot sheds into a modern, future-proofed and enlightened chapel. The chapel respects the historical, and tikanga Maori aspects of its location in the Te Henui Cemetery grounds, building in synergy with its surroundings.

The building is now home to 500 staff of the ANZ Bank, Beca, and a range of retail outlets. The TVNZ refurbishment project turned, what was a pre-internet building, into a modern day media agency that moved into the digital era. Major structural demolition and upgrades were able to be carried out with minimal disruption to TVNZ’s operations. The architecturally inspired fitout, open plan spaces, and atrium alterations enabled better connectivity of people throughout the building.

Located in the heart of Wellington, Xero Two stands tall as a contemporary, heritage landmark building. Built in the 1880s, the original two-floor, brick masonry building has been completely transformed into a five-storey, seismically-strengthened corporate headquarters for Xero. Xero Two is not only exemplary in terms of its design and fit-out, but also in it construction, which involved processes never before used in Wellington, such as Jet piles.

The EMA Business Hub project is Stage 2 of a 3-stage re-development of the existing EMA site in Khyber Pass, Auckland. The project sucessfully fulfiled the brief to keep EMA operating in the neighboring building without interruption, with a large amount of work undertaken on the weekends and during the Christmas shutdown. The total re-development was undertaken over a 30-month time frame.
