- Entries must not have been completed earlier than 14 October 2017.
- Entries must have a Certificate of Practical Completion at time of entries closing – 23 October 2019.

December 2019 – March 2020 (not including Christmas period) – Judges site visits. Entrants will be advised well in advance of the date and time of their site visit.
5th June 2020 - Gala Awards event at Cordis Hotel. Tickets will be on sale in April.
