New Value Award in 2027: Commercial Project Over $50m
To better reflect the range and scale of projects being delivered across New Zealand and to provide a more balanced spread of entries across the Value Awards, we've introduced a new Over $50 Million Value Award. This change will help ensure projects are benchmarked against others of a similar scale and provide a more balanced pathway for projects progressing to consideration for the two Supreme Awards.
