Entries Open for the 2024 New Zealand Commercial Project Awards

Entries are open for New Zealand’s premiere awards celebrating the outstanding commercial construction teams shaping New Zealand’s landscape and providing the environments where Kiwis live, work, and play. 

These awards are unique as they celebrate the team, everyone from the construction company, architect and building owner through to the engineers etc. who work together to make these projects – big and small – come to life. Great buildings do not happen without great teams.
 
Introducing Two Supremes
To celebrate excellence across projects of different sizes, we’re excited to introduce two Supreme Awards from 2024, one for projects under $10 million, and one for projects over $10 million.

These Awards are for Everyone
The Commercial Project Awards are not about the size of the project, team, or budget. The awards recognise excellence in how teams of all sizes and project budgets collaborate and innovate to overcome challenges and achieve quality results. These awards are a unique opportunity to showcase the incredible work of your team to the industry and clients nationwide.

Who Can Enter?
The awards are an all-of-industry event. They are open to all New Zealand-based commercial construction project partners, including contractors, architects, building owners, engineers, quantity surveyors, and anyone else who played their part.

You do not need to be a member of Registered Master Builders to enter.
